Yoga and climbing are very synergistic. Climbing requires core strength, balance, breathing and focus and mental discipline – all skills that Yoga helps with tremendously, which is why so many climbers do Yoga. Beginners and non-climbers are very welcome at all our classes. Just introduce yourself to the teacher and let them know it’s your first time.

Public holiday yoga classes are 75 minutes at 9:30 as the gym closes at 18:00.

Yin class on 20 January is cancelled due to Triple Threat workshop.

Free Beginners runs from January till end of March 2019.

Yoga Styles

Yin Stretch
A slow-paced meditative style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. It aims to cultivate awareness of inner stillness.

Flow
A creative & playful movement sequence that purifies, tones and cleanses the body from the inside out.

Vinyasa
A series of poses that will move you through the power of breath.

Synergy-inspired Vinyasa
Intelligent vinyasa flow with a strong focus on alignment incorporating fun and challenging transitions that will have you tap into your deep core.

Budokon-inspired Flow
The science, art, philosophy and mix of classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics, animal locomotion and life science makes for a fun and physically demanding practice.

Pilates
An exercise program designed to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks and to improve overall flexibility and coordination.

Each class will be slightly different to the next, depending on who is instructing, what music is played and what the instructor offers on the day. All classes suitable for all levels.
