Yoga and climbing are very synergistic. Climbing requires core strength, balance, breathing and focus and mental discipline – all skills that Yoga helps with tremendously, which is why so many climbers do Yoga. Beginners and non-climbers are very welcome at all our classes. Just introduce yourself to the teacher and let them know it’s your first time (typically they will have figured it out already if they don’t recognize you).
We are a small but popular Yoga Studio in Observatory, and we offer a variety of yoga styles at very competitive rates:
R120 per class, or R390 for a monthly debit order.
Yoga classes are held seven days a week and cover a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

The Beginners class is designed as an introduction to yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.
A creative & playful movement sequence that purifies, tones and cleanses the body from the inside out.
A flowing sequence of postures that synchronizes the breath with movement. This invigorating practice has a strong foundation in Ashtanga with a focus on core strength, breath awareness and key alignment principles.
Intelligent vinyasa flow with a strong focus on alignment incorporating fun and challenging transitions that will have you tap into your deep core.
With a strong concentration on inner awareness, this fun twist on yoga will challenge stability, improve balance and take your practice to a whole new level.
