Job Requirements:

MUST CLIMB AND HAVE CLIMBING GEAR KNOWLEDGE!

  • Matric
  • Computer Literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Sage Evolution a bonus
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Previous retail experience
  • Own reliable transport
  • Candidates must be willing to work evening shifts & alternative weekends
  • Preferably between ages 20yrs – 35yrs
  • Non-smoker
  • Duties:

  • Ordering of shop stock
  • Selling rock climbing goods
  • Merchandising
  • Give gear advice to customers
  • Quotation & Invoicing of Customers and Suppliers
  • Assisting in monthly stocktaking
  • Daily cash ups
  • Customer Service excellence regarding gear advice, speed of service and after sales service
  • Handling of basic admin
  • Various ad-hoc duties to shop manager, gym manager and owner
  • Description:

  • A candidate must be willing to work independently as well as a team player
  • Must be able to deal with customers
  • Must be able to handle change and be flexible with work situation
  • Patient, organized and deadline orientated
  • Provide great customer service, problem solving and be able to think on your feet
  • Must be willing to ‘get your hands dirty’ and willing to go the extra mile

    Admin clerk – Cape Town branch

    Start date: Immediately

    Job Requirements:

  • Matric and a relevant admin clerk qualification
  •  5 years experience in debtors, creditors, cashbook and reconciliation
  • Computer Literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Sage Evolution a bonus
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Own reliable transport
  • Monday to Friday office based in CT
  • Non-smoker
  • Duties:

  • Assist in general administration and accounting duties, as required.
  • Managing debtors and creditors accounts
  • Managing cashbook and reconciliation
  • Handling of basic admin, invoicing and statements
  • Various ad-hoc duties
  • Description:
