Getting started:

Beginners and non-climbers are very welcome at all our classes. Come early to reserve a spot as space is limited per class. Pay your day pass or swipe your membership card at the front desk.

Yoga mats can be rented for R30 a mat but its advised to bring your own or purchase an eco-friendly Prana mat in our gear shop as rental mats are limited.

First timers will need to complete our yoga waiver.

Each class will be slightly different to the next, depending on who is instructing, what music is played and what the instructor offers on the day. All classes suitable for all levels.

Notify the instructor of injuries or medical conditions, if you are new or pregnant.

We offer Flow, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga styles and classes are run in the evenings Monday to Thursday and Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Ashtanga is a traditional flow yoga practice based on a set sequence of postures that combine stretching, strengthening, focusing and breathing to create a powerful yet graceful practice.
