Yoga mats can be rented for R40 a mat but its advised to bring your own or purchase an eco-friendly Prana mat in our gear shop as rental mats are limited.
First timers will need to complete our yoga waiver.
Each class will be slightly different to the next, depending on who is instructing, what music is played and what the instructor offers on the day. All classes suitable for all levels.
Notify the instructor of injuries or medical conditions, if you are new or pregnant.
We offer Yin, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga styles as well as Budokon and Pilates; and classes are run in the evenings Monday to Thursday and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
