Our Wednesday afternoon kids yoga classes will help keep your kids engaged, calm and flexible. Yoga can be key in building a child’s strength and body awareness and in improving their focus and attention. It can help them to remain calm, especially in moments of stress or pressure. Yoga helps children embrace challenge and grow in cognitive awareness.
