We love being flexible. If you want to change your membership type or update your bank details, drop us an email with the completed form and we will get you sorted.
Use the form below to cancel your membership. We hope to see you back sometime soon! If you are on a monthly membership, Debit order cancellation requires a one calendar month notice period, and your next due debit order will still apply, and your contract will only be terminated at the end of the next month.
Something come up and you can’t climb for a couple months? Use the form below to freeze your monthly membership until you’re able to reactivate it again with no start-up cost!
