Follow the link below to cancel your membership. We hope to see you back sometime soon! If you are on a monthly membership, Debit order cancellation requires a one calendar month notice period, and your next due debit order will still apply, and your contract will only be terminated at the end of the next month.

Something come up and you can’t climb for a couple months? Use the form below to freeze your monthly membership until you’re able to reactivate it again with no start-up cost!

Memberships can be frozen for between 1 and 6 calendar months. Debit order freezes requires a one calendar month notice period, and your next due debit order will still apply; your contract will only be frozen at the end of the next month.
