Please bring an official registration letter from your institution. Registration emails, screenshots and photocopies are all a-okay.

Situated in Irene, covering 2300m2 of indoor climbing fun. 16 meter high walls, a fitness gym, kitchen with delicious meals, dedicated kids section and a fully equipped outdoor Gear Shop.
A day pass gets you full access to all gym facilities (including climbing and fitness classes) for the day. (Please note that CityROCK Pretoria does not have a yoga and Pilates studio)

Climbing gear is excluded in the day pass and membership prices. All climbers at CityROCK are required to wear proper climbing shoes.

How it works: Enjoy your climbing time during off-peak hours (9:00 to 15:30 Monday to Thursday & all-day Friday) and cash in on a discounted debit order membership!

If you’re looking to head outside for some real rock climbing but you’re lacking some essential gear, we’ve got you covered. We rent out a selection of climbing gear for outdoor use, and we offer a scaled discount for multi-day rental:

Please tell us what gear you would like (including how many of each item) and for how long you would like to rent it (please include the start and end date of the rental period).
When you collect the gear, we will ask you to fill out a secure waiver with your credit/debit card details that will be deleted upon return of the gear. Please note that we ask for a R200 deposit that will be refunded upon safe return of the gear. The gear must be returned in the same condition as it was rented; late return penalties apply, and a replacement fee must be paid in the case of badly damaged or lost gear.
