Yoga and climbing are very synergistic. Climbing requires core strength, balance, breathing and focus and mental discipline – all skills that Yoga helps with tremendously, which is why so many climbers do Yoga.
Beginners and non-climbers are very welcome at all our classes. Just introduce yourself to the teacher and let them know it’s your first time.
Come early to reserve a spot as space is limited per class. Pay your day pass or swipe your membership card at the front desk.
First timers will need to complete our waiver.
Notify the instructor of injuries or medical conditions, if you are new or pregnant.
Classes are subject to change. Space is on a first come first serve basis.
A few Yoga mats are available in the studio but we advise you to bring your own or purchase an eco-friendly mat in our gear shop as rental mats are limited.
Each class will be slightly different to the next, depending on who is instructing, what music is played and what the instructor offers on the day. All classes suitable for all levels.

Susanna
Vinyasa/Yin Yoga Teacher
This practice and its teachings keeps evolving with my changing body. I’m a qualified Yoga Guide, I’ve done The Roll Model® Correspondence Course and I’m a qualified Personal Trainer.
For me it all revolves around learning to really listen to your body and what it needs at any given moment. I share my guidance in a fun light-hearted way. We stay strong and flexible without forcing our bodies to move in ways that don’t benefit it in the long run.

Kris
Yoga Instructor
I discovered yoga four years ago, and what started as a practice on the mat has gently grown into something I carry with me every day. In 2023 I completed my 200hr training, and since then yoga has become both a way of moving and a way of living. Along the way, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge with additional certifications and practices, each one deepening and refining how I teach and share yoga.
My passion is to show others how yoga can be more than just exercise, but a practice we can weave into our daily lives to move with greater ease, balance, and fulfillment.
In my classes, I bring together alignment, strength, mobility, flexibility, and creativity, creating space for both play and stillness. Each class is different, but the intention is always the same: to leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and more connected to yourself.
