Yoga and Pilates

Beginners and non-climbers are welcome to all our Yoga and Pilates classes. 

Our Johannesburg and Cape Town branches offer yoga and Pilates to our day pass customers as well as our members. Our Pretoria branch does not have a yoga and Pilates studio, but does offer fitness classes weekly.

Come early to reserve a spot as space is limited per class. Pay your day pass or swipe your membership card at the front desk.

You can bring your own yoga mat, use one of the limited number of mats in the studio, or pop in to the gear shop and purchase your very own eco-friendly mat!

Each class will be slightly different to the next, depending on who is instructing, what music is played and what the instructor offers on the day. All classes are suitable for all levels.

Notify the instructor of injuries or medical conditions, if you are new or pregnant.

We offer Yin, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga styles as well as Budokon and Pilates; and classes are run in the evenings Monday to Thursday and Saturday and Sunday mornings.


A slow-paced meditative style of yoga with postures that are held for longer. It aims to cultivate awareness of inner stillness.


A flowing sequence of postures that synchronizes the breath with movement. This invigorating practice has a strong foundation in Ashtanga with a focus on core strength, breath awareness and key alignment principles.


Ashtanga is a traditional flow yoga practice based on a set sequence of postures that combine stretching, strengthening, focusing and breathing to create a powerful yet graceful practice.


The science, art, philosophy and mix of classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics, animal locomotion and life science makes for a fun and physically demanding practice.


An exercise programme designed to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks while improving overall flexibility and co-ordination.
